General
The apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from outlooks to the west towards Claife heights, and to the north towards The Fairfield Horseshoe and the Langdales. All windows open and there is a French window with Juliet balcony, which can be opened to let in the fresh Lakeland air.
Sleeping Arrangements
The main bed is a king size double. There are two bedside tables each with a lamp and charger sockets.
Additional sleeping is possible by using the sofa bed which can be opened to add a full size double bed if required. Thus the apartment can sleep one, two, three or four guests.

En suite
The en suite includes a heated mirror and modern multi-function shower with five different shower sprays including a waterfall.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave and all utensils and crockery needed for your stay. For your additional convenience an espresso coffee machine is provided.

Fire and Safety
A fire alarm system is in place for your protection, and an up to date inspection certificate is available. Safety certificates are also held for the fire extinguishers, and gas installation for your inspection.
Children and Pets
Children are welcome of all ages are welcome, though please be aware that we do not supply high chair or cots.
Dogs are permitted though please ensure that they are kept off all furniture, especially the bed, and that the grounds are not used as a dog convenience. There is a short walk up the hill to Brantfell which is open land.
