Our Location
The apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a few steps from the centre of the bustling town of Bowness with its restaurants, pubs, shops, and of course the waterfront of Windermere lake. There is a short hill to ascend from the town, and one which those with walking difficulties might need to consider, however for our guests it affords some peace as the visitors to the town do not wander up the road without reason.

Parking
The property has its own private car park and the flat has a reserved bay.
To reach it drive up Brantfell Road from the town, pass the entrance for Fairfield House on your right and take the next right, then turn immediately right again into the car park for Spinnery Cottage and the parking for Annies Room (Flat 2) is the middle bay of five.
